Bob Hubert is the Central Referral Coordinator for all of the residential programs with Heritage Family Services.  Bob has been with Heritage since October of 1983.  He is a Certified Youth and Child Care Worker and a Registered Social Worker.  He has held numerous positions in the company such as:
           
Night Staff Attendant - YAC
Child and Youth Care Worker – YAC
Team Leader – both at YAC and the Direwood Programs
Extension Foster Parent – in conjunction with the Youth Assessment Centre
Program Coordinator – for Mountview Group Home and for Direwood
Central Referral Coordinator – Administration  

It is Bob’s responsibility to receive and process client referrals from various child welfare offices throughout Alberta.  Within this position he also oversees, supervises and tracks many of the Casual Relief Staff who are employed at Heritage.  This also includes processing and verifying their payroll each month to ensure it is correct. 

Bob and his wife Elaine have two daughters and live in Red Deer.  Bob enjoys music, guitar, spending time with friends and family, biblical spirituality and artistic expression in water colour.
