Justin Hubert

Chief Executive Officer 

Justin has been involved with Heritage Family Services his entire life, and uses his visionary passions to push his staff to ever increasing quality service provision.

 

 

 

 

Donna Rodatz

Human Resources Personnel Director 

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as a Bachelor of Education.  She has been employed at Heritage Family Services since 1992.  She enjoys traveling, hiking and reading.  Donna volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society.

Terry Robinson

Manager of Service & Delivery

Terry oversees both the Community and Residential programs for Heritage.  He has a Diploma in Community Rehabilitation from Red Deer College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Human Service Administration at Grant MacEwan College.  Terry has worked for Heritage for eight years starting out as a practicum student at the Youth Assessment Centre.  He has had positions at Oskayak Treatment Centre, Heritage Families Foster Care and Heritage Administration.  He has been the Manager of Service Delivery since July 2007 and is also a member of the Accreditation panel for the Canadian Accreditation Council of Human Services.

In his free time he enjoys fishing, golf and an extensive IPod collection.

 

Terry Robinson

Beverly Keeshig-Soonias

Manager of Aboriginal Resource Development

Beverly also serves as Program Therapast at Oskayak Treatment Centre, Aboriginal Awareness Instructor, & Psychologist Supervisor for Provisional Psychologists.

In her role on the management team, Beverly is responsible for strenthening Aboriginal resources and supports Heritage Family Services in enhancing culturally appropriate service development and delivery.

Drawing upon her experience as a mother and grandmother, foster parent, lawyer and psychologist, Beverly has shared cultural knowledge and events which have shaped the relationships between Aboriginal people and Canada's diverse population.  Together, we have the opportunity to build relationships and move together into the future in a positive way, contributing to emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually stronger communities.

BA, University of Toronto; LLB, University of Saskatchewan; MSc, Loma Linda University; CAT, Nechi Institute

Beverly Keeshig-Soonias

Maynard Dueck

Manager of Service & Development

Maynard has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and is presently completing his MBA with Royal Roads University.

Maynard has followed his values back to Heritage Family Services where his employment is more directly in-line with ensuring people have access to opportunities to succeed.

He has held various community board positions, including: the Manitoba Consortium for Continuous Improvement; Secretary of the Parent Advisory Council at Renfrew Educational Services Calgary, Chair of the Arborg Early Middle Years Before School Program, and Founder/Chair of the Red Deer College Sociology Society.
